Barcelona, Arsenal, Juventus, Chelsea and more of Europe's best will find out their fate on December 15, when the last 32 of the Europa League will also be decided.

Real Madrid, Chelsea, Bayern Munich and Barcelona are among the teams who will discover their Champions League fate in the draw for the last 16 on Monday, Dec. 15.

Following Wednesday's completion of the group phase, the stage is set for the best clubs in Europe to battle it out in the knockout rounds, with the winner now seven games away from glory.

The top seeds for the draw - those who finished top of their groups and will play the last-16 second leg at home - are Atletico Madrid, Real Madrid, Monaco, Borussia Dortmund, Bayern Munich, Barcelona, Chelsea and Porto.

The teams which finished second after six games in the group stage, and who will play the first leg of their last-16 ties at home, are Juventus, Basel, Bayer Leverkusen, Arsenal, Manchester City, Paris Saint-Germain, Schalke and Shakhtar Donetsk.

Teams cannot be drawn against those they met in their groups (Barcelona, for example, cannot face PSG) and, at this stage, clubs from the same country will not be allowed to meet (so no Chelsea vs Arsenal or Bayern vs Schalke).

Following the draw for the last 16 of the Champions League, the remaining 32 teams in the Europa League will find out what their route to the quarterfinals will look like.

Goal will bring you coverage of the draws, which take place from 6:00 a.m. ET on Monday, and all of the reaction after the football world finds out what 2015's European fixtures will look like.
